Attorney Keali Chambers brings a disciplined, detail-oriented, and client-centered approach to every legal matter she handles at the Law Office of David A. Chicarelli Co., LPA. Drawing on extensive military service, high-level corporate compliance experience, and rigorous advanced legal training, Keali advocates vigorously for individuals and families facing difficult life transitions and complex legal disputes across Southwest Ohio.

Keali relocated to Ohio in 2018 following an overseas military deployment to Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. As a continuing member of the Air National Guard serving as a specialized hazardous materials handler and joint inspector, she applies the core military values of precision, accountability, and calm under pressure to her courtroom advocacy and client representation.

Family Law, Divorce & Guardian ad Litem Representation

Keali concentrates a significant portion of her practice on Domestic Relations and Family Law. She counsels clients through contested and uncontested divorces, legal separations, dissolution proceedings, complex division of marital assets, spousal support determinations, and child custody and visitation disputes in Warren County, Montgomery County, Butler County, and surrounding domestic relations courts.

In addition to private family law representation, Keali is a trained Guardian ad Litem (GAL). In this capacity, courts appoint her to conduct thorough, independent investigations and represent the best interests of children involved in high-conflict custody disputes and welfare proceedings. Her investigative diligence and balanced courtroom testimony ensure that children's voices and welfare remain paramount during contentious litigation.

Civil Litigation, Estate Planning & Criminal Defense

Beyond domestic relations, Keali handles a diverse range of civil litigation matters, small claims actions, contract disputes, and basic estate planning, including the drafting of wills, healthcare powers of attorney, and living wills. She also collaborates closely with lead trial attorney David Anthony Chicarelli on misdemeanor criminal defense and pretrial case preparation, ensuring every client receives thorough discovery review and strategic trial readiness.

Prior to joining the firm, Keali gained foundational legal and compliance experience working within quality control and marketing compliance at Quicken Loans in Detroit. She also completed impactful internships with the Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and the Staff Judge Advocate (JAG) office at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, as well as pro bono advocacy through Lakeshore Legal Aid.
